LasVillas De Sotogrande

Las Villas is a collection of 49 homes by ACCIONA in La Reserva, one of the most peaceful and protected areas of Sotogrande. Set beside La Cañada Golf Club and surrounded by greenery and protected landscapes, with sea views in the distance, the development offers privacy, tranquillity and a close connection to nature, in keeping with the relaxed Sotogrande lifestyle.

Designed by Torras y Sierra Arquitectos, the homes take a contemporary approach to traditional Andalusian architecture, with white façades, balanced proportions and an easy flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. The project was conceived as a “garden with houses”, with the natural landscape at the heart of the community.

Every home has its own private garden and swimming pool. The gardens, designed by landscape architect Verónica de Torres, use native Mediterranean flora, fragrant plants, cypresses and palms, and work as a natural extension of each home.

There are three types of home. The six Villas are four-bedroom detached houses on plots of up to 1,223.46 m², priced from €1,388,000. The 24 Garden Homes are four-bedroom semi-detached houses with a covered porch, first-floor terrace and gardens of up to 913.22 m², priced from €1,321,000. The 19 Patio Homes are three-bedroom houses built around a private courtyard with pool, priced from €1,014,000.

Inside, the homes are designed to make the most of natural light, with a warm, timeless style of natural stone, wood and soft neutral tones. Each home has aerothermal underfloor heating, ducted air conditioning controlled through a home automation system, heat-recovery ventilation, photovoltaic panels and an electric vehicle charging point.

Sotogrande Marina, the beaches, golf courses, polo grounds, riding centres, tennis and padel clubs and the estuary nature trail are all close by. Gibraltar Airport is around 30 minutes away and Marbella approximately 45 minutes.

ACCIONA is targeting a BREEAM “Very Good” sustainability rating for Las Villas, and the landscaping favours native planting that needs little water.

Homes are sold off plan. Payment terms are a €10,000 reservation payment, 15% on signing the private purchase contract (less the €10,000 already paid), 15% in staged instalments during construction, and the remaining 70% on completion.
